About Us

Our Statement of Faith

We believe in the BIBLE. The Old and New Testaments (66 books) is the inspired Word of God and is the standard for doctrine (what we believe) and conduct (how we live).
- 2nd Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21

We believe in the HOLY TRINITY. He is the One True God who exists eternally in three persons: the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ) and the Holy Spirit — equal in deity, power, and glory. We further believe that God is the Creator and the Sovereign Ruler over all creation. - Genesis 1:1; Deuteronomy 6:4; John 1:1; John 15:25-26; Colossians 1:16-17

We believe in JESUS CHRIST. He is fully God yet fully human. He is the only begotten son of the Father, conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. We believe that he was crucified, buried and raised from the dead, that he ascended to heaven and is today at the right hand of the Father as intercessor.
- Colossians 1:15; Colossians 2:9; Hebrews 1:3; Luke 1:35; 1st Corinthians 15:1-3; Hebrews 7:25

We believe in the HOLY SPIRIT. He is actively at work in the world to convict of sin and in the church to indwell, sanctify and empower believers to be witnesses and disciple-makers, with signs and wonders following. - John 16:8-10; Acts 1:8; Romans 15:18-19

We believe in the GOSPEL. It is the central message of the church because it is the good news of God’s salvation for everyone who believes in Jesus. - John 3:16-17; Genesis 1:26-27; Romans 3:10,23

We believe GOD LOVES ALL MANKIND. Every person was created in God’s image and likeness, yet everyone has sinned and fall short of God’s glory and is in need of salvation. - John 3:16-17; Genesis 1:26-27; Romans 3:10,23

We believe in SALVATION BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH. Sinners are unable to save themselves and must repent of their sin and trust in Jesus as Savior. Forgiveness of sins and justification is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. - Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 3:24-26; Romans 6:23

We believe that GOD CALLS US TO HOLY and VICTORIOUS LIVING FOR THE GLORY OF GOD. The saving grace of God enables us to live godly lives and empowers us to be overcomers in the world. - Ephesians 4:1; 1st Thessalonians 4:7; Titus 2:11-12; Romans 8:37; 1st John 5:4-5; 1Corinthians 10:31; Ephesians 2:12

We believe in the CHURCH, THE BODY OF CHRIST. It is comprised of all Christ - followers throughout the ages and is the present representation and instrument of the Kingdom of God here on earth. - 1st Corinthians 12:27; Ephesians 4:11-13; Matthew 16:18; Ephesians 2:19-22; 1 Peter 2:9

We believe in WATER BAPTISM and HOLY COMMUNION. These ordinances were instituted by Christ and are to be observed until His return. Water Baptism is the public profession of our repentance and faith, while Holy Communion is the public display of our unity with Christ and with one another.  - Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38-39; Acts 16:15, 33; 1st Corinthians 11:23-26; Luke 22:19-20
